Character & Listening
Most improv problems trace back to not actually listening. Sessions focus on slowing down, reading what your scene partner is doing, and responding to that — not to your own plan.
Performance Confidence
Stage fright and hesitation show up differently for every person. Work here is specific — identifying what triggers the freeze, then building practical ways to move through it in front of an audience.
Before a session plan vs. after one
Most people arrive with a vague sense that they want to be "better at improv." After a structured individual plan, that becomes something you can actually track.

Structured flexibility — not a contradiction
Each plan starts with an honest assessment of where you are. From there, the session format, frequency, and focus shift as you shift. Some clients work on a single scene form for six weeks. Others move across three different areas in the same period. Neither is wrong.
